💰 3. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY:
- All payments made to KB EVENT PUSHKAR are non-refundable.
- Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellation refunds will be provided.
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No returns accepted as we provide services, not physical products.
📝 4. Booking & Payment Terms
A. Booking Confirmation
- Booking confirmed only after receiving advance payment (minimum 25% to 50%).
- Verbal or email discussions do not confirm booking until payment is received.
B. Payment Methods
- PhonePe, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash accepted.
- All payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees).
C. Payment Schedule
- At Booking: 25% - 50% Advance (Non-refundable)
- 15 Days Before Event: 50% of remaining amount
- On Event Day: 100% Final Payment
👥 5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event information (guest count, venue, requirements).
- Communicate any changes in dates or venue immediately in writing.
- Obtain necessary permissions from local authorities (if applicable).
- Ensure venue availability before booking dates with us.
⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability
KB EVENT PUSHKAR will not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Event disruptions caused by vendors, venues, or third parties
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific event.
🏛️ 7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pushkar, Rajasthan.
