STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to KB EVENT PUSHKAR are NON-REFUNDABLE

Once booked, no cancellations or refunds under any circumstances

No Refunds: All advance payments are strictly non-refundable

No Returns: Services cannot be returned like physical products

No Cancellations: Once booking is confirmed, cancellation not allowed

No Exceptions: Refund not applicable even for date changes or personal reasons

Full Payment: Final payment is also non-refundable after event execution

Advance payment (25% to 50%) is strictly non-refundable
Booking confirmation means you agree to this no refund policy
No refund for cancellation due to personal reasons
No refund for date changes or venue unavailability
In case of event cancellation by client, 100% amount forfeited
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) also not eligible for refund

1. General Policy: KB EVENT PUSHKAR follows a strict NO REFUND policy for all services.

2. Advance Payment: Any advance amount paid at the time of booking is completely non-refundable.

3. Full Payment: Once the event is executed, full payment is final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation: If client cancels the event for any reason, no refund will be provided.

5. Rescheduling: Date changes may be allowed subject to availability, but NO REFUND.

6. Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be subject to Pushkar jurisdiction.

I have read and understood the NO REFUND POLICY of KB EVENT PUSHKAR and agree to all terms.
